Request for Assistance:
On 9 May 2026, Asterix The Long Firefighting Dog NPC – Fire & Emergency Support Service was requested to assist a large insurance business in Tzaneen with a safety concern involving multiple wasp nests situated at significant height on office windows.
The nests could not safely be reached using normal means.
Staff members had reportedly been stung when windows on the affected floor were opened, creating an ongoing workplace-safety concern.
Because of the height and difficult access, Asterix was approached to determine whether its specialised firefighting equipment could be used to assist.
Situation Assessment:
