Motor Vehicle Accident – R36 Modjadjiskloof
Incident Date: 25 July 2026 Initial Report Time: Approximately 10:36 Location: R36, entering Modjadjiskloof from the Tzaneen direction.
Initial Report:
At approximately 10:36 on 25 July 2026, reports were received of a motor vehicle accident on the R36 at Modjadjiskloof, on the approach into town from the Tzaneen direction.
Asterix The Long Firefighting Dog NPC – Fire & Emergency Support Service responded as part of the emergency response.
Situation on Arrival:
Upon arrival, responders established that two motor vehicles had been involved in the collision.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported at the scene.
Asterix Response:

Although no injuries were reported, motor vehicle accident scenes can still present hazards from damaged vehicles, debris, passing traffic and vehicles obstructing or partially obstructing the roadway.
